Campaign brief
An interesting Cricket based Quiz Campaign to all Robi & Airtel subscribers. User can participate this campaign through APP, WAP, IVR and SMS channel. To participate in the campaign, user have to subscribe on “My Sports” service and then can answer simple question through Application, WAP portal and IVR in 22222 and SMS. All Robi and Airtel subscribers of “My Sports” (new & existing) service can participate in the campaign.

How to Subscribe:
Robi:
1. SMS: User will have to type “START SP” and send to 22222 to get the link of portal. Complete subscription by visiting the portal.
2. Mobile Portal: User will have to Visit https://mysports.com.bd and click on “SUBSCRIBE” button or any content and double confirm from the confirmation page to subscribe for the service.
3. Application: Download Robi My Sports Application from Google Play Store or Apple Store from your mobile then browse application with ROBI Internet, chose your preferable pack from the subscription page.
4. IVR: Dial 22222 and follow the instruction.

AIRTEL:

2. Mobile Portal: User will have to Visit https://mysports.com.bd and click on “SUBSCRIBE” button or any content and double confirm from the confirmation page to subscribe for the service.
3. Application: Download Airtel My Sports Application from Google Play Store or Apple Store from your mobile then browse application with AIRTEL Internet, chose your preferable pack from the subscription page.
4. IVR: Dial 22222 and follow the instruction.

Campaign Modality:
1. User must subscribe with My Sports Service to participate in this campaign.
2. After subscription, user will get confirmation message and customers have to participate the quiz through Application/WAP/IVR to be the winner.
3. After Successful Subscription, user will be charged TK 3.48/day for daily pack.
4. User will get 2 points for every right answer of the quiz.
5. No points for renewal, Subscription and wrong answer.
6. All point will be zero if the user deactivates the service during the campaign period.
Note: There will be data charge for browsing the portal and video streaming.

Winner Selection Process:
1. To be eligible for the contest, users have to subscribed and active in the My Sports service during the campaign period.
2. Participant who attains the benchmark score of 3,600 points during the campaign period, will be eligible for winner.
3. Point will be calculated from WAP, Application and IVR channel.
4. User must have to participate from at least two channels. If a user collected all the point from a single channel, then he/she will be not selected as winner.
5. 1 users (Robi & Airtel) will be selected as winner based on the benchmark 3,600 points during the campaign period.
6. If more than 1 users achieve the benchmark points 3,600 then winner will be selected based on the fasted arrival basis.
7. If the user de-activate the service during the campaign period, his/her all point will be 0 (zero).This is applicable for Subscription.
Notes:
1. Employees of Robi, Airtel, Live and Genex cannot participate in this campaign.
2. Robi, Airtel & Live Media Ltd. holds the right to change the rules and processes of the campaign anytime if required
3. If any user do any illegal activity then user will be disqualify.
4. Winning MSISDN must have biometric registered.
5. If two or more winning number registered from same NID then only one will be selected as winner.
6. If MSISDN registered name, transferred during or before the gratification distribution, then the user will be disqualified and not be selected as winner.
7. Winner must have come physically to collect the gratification.
8. Winner must take 1 passport size photo, National ID card copy with original copy, Participate SIM card, SIM card registration documents.
9. Robi, Airtel & Live Media Ltd. will not be responsible for any VISA, documents or Passport problem.
Gratification: Winner will get Two Flight Ticket: Dhaka to Nepal (Return)

Winner Declare and Gift Distribution:
1. Winner will be declared after 15 days of the campaign end.
2. Winner will be informed over phone call.
3. Winner must collect the gift within 30 days of informing, otherwise the gift will be dismantled and no claim will be valid thereafter.
4. Live, Robi and Airtel have the rights to change the winner declaration and gratification date.
5. Robi, Airtel & Live Media Ltd. will not be responsible for any VISA, documents or Passport problem.
6. Winner will be responsible for other cost to travel.
